As Head of Ecommerce, you will leverage strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to develop, lead, and motivate a high-performance team comprising Ecommerce Trade, Ecommerce Development, Website Operations, and Retail Customer Experience. Your goal is to deliver an outstanding, personalized, customer-focused experience.
You will be central to crafting and executing our global Ecommerce strategy, aligning it with our business growth plans and strategic objectives. Your initiatives will focus on delivering personalized products, enhancing on-site experiences, and building a vibrant community of loyal customers to propel our business forward.

You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, working three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) with the flexibility to work from home on other days, depending on business needs.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
1. Collaborate with Directors and Senior Management to create and maintain the strategic roadmap for the global ecommerce business.
2. Ensure the business meets or exceeds monthly ecommerce sales targets and KPIs.
3. Equip Ecommerce and Retail Customer Experience teams with tools and resources to achieve targets.
4. Adopt a data-driven approach to monitor and improve ecommerce and customer experience channels, analyzing key metrics and customer interactions regularly.
5. Deliver engaging interactions and exceptional user experiences aligned with our brand values to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
6. Create user-friendly interfaces and robust systems to ensure memorable experiences from landing on the site to order delivery.
7. Utilize analytics tools to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and report insights to senior management.
8. Improve team performance through data, coaching, mentoring, and training.
9. Lead the website development strategy, including third-party integrations and hosting, ensuring scalability and robustness.
10. Manage external resources and projects, fostering strong relationships.
11. Coordinate with other departments to deliver digital projects and maximize cross-channel opportunities.
12. Work with marketing teams to ensure websites reflect brand values and communicate effectively.
13. Oversee product development and website decisions.
14. Ensure marketing campaigns are tracked and analyzed.
15. Manage third-party marketplaces like Amazon.
16. Collaborate with sales and buying teams to maximize sales and align product offerings.
17. Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
18. Ensure compliance with payment standards, data security, and international regulations.
19. Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative strategies.
20. Oversee website security, including updates and threat management.
Qualifications include extensive ecommerce, development, and design experience in a consumer goods retail environment, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or accessories, along with proven strategic and managerial capabilities, strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, and advanced skills in tools like Magento, Netsuite, Google Analytics, DataStudio, Tag Manager, and Content Square.
