Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of excellent teaching strategies in Science. Coach, mentor and support staff to improve practice and raise student outcomes. Work collaboratively with the Head of Science and SLT on curriculum innovation and assessment. Drive whole-school improvement through research-informed teaching and learning. Inspire students through high-quality teaching and a passion for science education. We are looking for someone who: Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching in Science (any discipline).
