This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and sales administration experience who enjoys building relationships, chasing opportunities and ensuring orders are delivered on time. You will support customers by processing quotes and orders, handling enquiries and working closely with internal departments to provide excellent service from enquiry through to delivery. Key Responsibilities Process purchase orders, quotations and sales orders accurately Chase quotations and follow up sales opportunities proactively Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent service Build strong relationships with customers and decision makers Coordinate sales activity with the Business Development team Respond to requests for information, quotations and proposals Ensure orders are delivered on time and in full Provide customer feedback and market insight to internal teams Support compliance with company Health & Safety procedures Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in internal sales, sales support or order processing Experience chasing quotations and managing customer enquiries Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and multitasking ability Good IT skills Self-motivated with a proactive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience using the OGL operating system (training provided) Interest in engineering, hydraulics or pneumatics About Us Since 1988, Fluid Power Services has been manufacturing and supplying hydraulic and pneumatic equipment across the UK.
