About the role
Ensure customer needs are exceeded by working across various store areas. Tasks include filling shelves, serving tills, managing stock, and picking deliveries—no two days are the same. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service efficiently and promptly.
We seek someone with a positive attitude, passionate about customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities
Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and notifying the manager of any discrepancies.
Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging for robustness before delivery.
Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
Dealing politely with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints, and escalating complex issues appropriately.
Requirements
A positive attitude and comfort working to meet pick rates.
A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
Punctuality and proper presentation are essential.
