Salary: £54,000 - 66,000 per year Requirements: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer or similar cybersecurity professional. We need strong hands-on experience securing Microsoft Azure environments. We require experience with Microsoft security tools, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Azure Bastion, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview. We are looking for a strong understanding of cloud security best practices and security frameworks. We need experience implementing security controls following audits or gap assessments. We require knowledge of NIST and/or ISO27001. We need experience with Conditional Access, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), SIEM, monitoring, and endpoint security. We require the ability to work hybrid in London for the duration of the contract. Responsibilities: We will implement and remediate recommendations identified through recent security audits and assessments. We will support our ongoing alignment with NIST and ISO27001 security standards. We will design, configure, and enhance security controls across our Microsoft Azure estate. We will manage and optimise our Microsoft Azure security tooling. We will strengthen identity and access management controls across our cloud platforms. We will implement and manage Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust principles. We will support PAM and IAM initiatives, ensuring least privilege and secure access governance. We will monitor, investigate, and respond to cloud security incidents and threats.
