We're looking for an experienced Field Production Support Engineering Specialist to join our Production Technology Team, working directly on high-end film & TV productions. In this role, you'll be the technical backbone on set — ensuring smooth workflows, stable networks, secure data delivery, and real-time support for creative teams.
What You'll Do
* Support production crews from pre-production to post-production
* Configure & manage workstations, servers, networks, NAS/SAN storage
* Provide real-time on-set technical support for camera connectivity, video village & data wrangling
* Troubleshoot macOS/Windows devices, networks, and media systems under tight deadlines
* Partner with DITs, editors & creative teams to ensure workflow continuity
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in on-set technical support / DIT-assist (film, TV, or commercial production)
* Strong knowledge of cinema camera systems (ARRI, RED, Sony, Canon)
* Proficiency with media storage & transfer tools (Aspera,, Signiant, NAS/SAN)
* Networking skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing/switching, security)
* Experience with macOS & Windows environments
* Ability to troubleshoot under pressure
* Willingness to travel extensively & work flexible hours
Nice to Have
* Live streaming tools (Teradek, LiveU)
* Color workflows, LUTs, calibration
* Post-production tools (Avid, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve)
