The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Lead small group interventions and whole-class teaching when required.
* Provide tailored support to pupils across different year groups.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
* Support with classroom management and behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Contribute to school life, ensuring all children feel valued and inspired to learn.
What We’re Looking For
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working in a primary setting across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead learning.
* A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
