We are looking for a passionate Events Coordinator to join us to help make magical moments for guests. Position Requirements for the Events Coordinator Previous experience in events, weddings, hospitality, or administration, ideally within a luxury environment. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and PMS systems. Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and customer focused approach. Ability to use initiative, think creatively, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Excellent written and spoken English. Events Coordinator Key Responsibilities Coordinate small events and weddings from booking through to delivery. Liaise with clients by phone, email, Zoom, and in person planning memorable events. Conduct event show rounds and planning meetings. Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation and booking systems. Work closely with the Events Manager and Hotel Operations team to ensure seamless event delivery. Promote and upsell activities and experiences to enhance guest stays. Manage event bookings, rooming lists, and guest information across internal systems. Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Support the Reservations team with event related bookings and enquiries. Present upcoming events at weekly management meetings. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in event planning, preferably weddings, or a qualification in Events Management or a related field. Salary is based on experience.
