We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic charity to recruit an Interim Spanish-speaking HR/ER Business Partner. This is a interim position for 4 months initially and we are looking for candidates who are immediately available or at short notice.
The organisation is currently undergoing a period of transformation, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting its Spanish-speaking regions. Working closely with the transformation team, you will be responsible for managing employee relations matters, participating in consultation meetings, and addressing general HR queries.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A strong understanding of employment law
* Fluent Spanish language skills (written and spoken)
* Experience in handling ER issues within a complex or changing environment
This is a remote position, reporting directly to the Head of HR.
It is essential to have a good knowledge of employment law and generalist HR. Looking for candidates who are immediately available
