Job Description:
Our Leading Telco client are currently looking for a Customer Experience and Insights Manager to improve the overall customer experience by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and contact centre performance data, driving initiatives that increase satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role serves as the voice of the customer and uses insights to influence contact center operations, agent performance, and journey design.
This is a newly created role in a high performing and supportive team. A brilliant opportunity!
The following skills / experience is essential:
* Previously worked in Telco / Telecommunications
* Previously worked in or managed a Customer Success / Contact Center team.
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to derive information from data sets
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus + package
Location: London (good work from home options available)
