Working pattern:
37.5 hours across a variety of shifts between 8am and 5pm (working 1 in 5 Saturdays once you’re fully trained)

In this role, you’ll join our friendly team at Co-op Wholesale, and help our colleagues to solve everyday tech issues. You’ll learn loads on the job, and the skills you’ll develop will help you to shape your career in technology at Co-op.
What you’ll do
1. Support colleagues with IT problems (e.g., hardware, software, systems)
2. Set up new starter user accounts and devices
3. Diagnose and fix basic tech issues
4. Keep users up to speed with incident progress and resolution activities
5. Work with third-party tech support and IT equipment vendors
6. Learn from experienced colleagues and grow your skills
What you’ll bring
7. A genuine interest in IT and how things work
8. A basic understanding of Windows, Office 365, and mobile technologies (e.g., Apple iOS)
9. Knowledge of tools like Active Directory and SCCM
10. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical language in simple terms
11. Good collaboration and teamwork skills
