Are you a Skilled or Semi-Skilled MIG Welder seeking a long-term career with a respected, family-run business?

What You'll Be Doing:
* MIG Welding & Fabrication – using Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium
* Reading & Interpreting Technical Drawings – Training provided if needed.
* Meeting Production Targets with precision and efficiency
* Maintaining Equipment & PPE – to ensure safety and performance.
* Health & Safety Compliance – Operating safely in line with company policies.
Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced Welders – Strong background in MIG welding? We want to hear from you
* Semi-Skilled Welders – Some experience? We'll provide training to develop your skills further.
* Trainee Welders – Eager to learn? If you have a keen interest in welding and fabrication, we offer on-the-job training to help you gain confidence and skills
* Detail-Oriented Team Players – quality and collaboration matter here
What You'll Get in Return:
* Guaranteed 39 hours/week (Mon–Fri) + overtime options
* Night Shift Allowance for those working night shifts.
