Our client is a leading wealth manager seeking an experienced employment legal counsel for its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
In this role, you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include handling employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. You will also provide guidance on regulatory projects including Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR, and the Modern Slavery Act.
Candidates should have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE advising Financial Services clients. Secondment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
