What you’ll do
14. Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
15. Assist guests with directions, information, and general enquiries
16. Maintain a welcoming, tidy, and organised lobby area
17. Support the Front Office team during busy periods
18. Manage guest flow and seating where applicable
19. Handle guest concerns promptly and escalate when required
20. Uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding hospitality at all times
21. Support with the luggage handling.
