This is a pivotal role for one of the UK’s most established and respected institutions. They are integral to the running of many of Europe’s financial powerhouses and they have over 10,000 clients across the UK alone. This role requires a Comms leader coming from another professional services business background. The subject matter is incredibly highly regulated and as such, experience of working in a ‘red tape’ environment or industry with vast legislation, would be highly valuable… if not, almost essential. This is a team leadership position, and you will have managed people before, but you may still enjoy being involved with the ‘nuts and bolts’ of both internal and external communications. There will be a large amount of stakeholder comms, ranging from grass roots to board level… Experience of advising at the top level would be appreciated. You’ll be involved with driving:
* Communication plans across a range of online and offline platforms
* Content which is well aligned with the brands tone of voice and supports marketing campaigns.
* The development of the events, campaigns and content delivery plans and execution
* Measurement of marketing and comms activities, offering insightful reports and identifying opportunities for improvements from a strategic standpoint
* Liaison with external stakeholders and agencies – as well as internal leaders
* Management of highly regulated communications and the ensuring that their vast client list remains informed on changes and developments within their space
It’s a brilliant time to join the organisation, they offer solid career progression opportunities and impressive benefits. But, most of all they promote an entirely adult environment, which promotes free thinking, ownership and freedom to work in a style and pattern which suits. They are forward thinking, reputable and have an outstanding history of retaining good marketing and comms professionals. Due to the location of the offices this role would be suitable for candidates living in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, Bedford, Hemel Hempstead, Leighton Buzzard, Buckingham and Dunstable areas.
