HOSPITAL PORTER
Salary: £12.21 Per hour
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Various Shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:30am and 9pm and 9pm - 7:45am
Location: Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, OX3 7LD
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a porter on a full-time, permanent basis based in Oxford.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who can effectively handle manual tasks and prioritise their work.
Responsibilities
* Transporting patients throughout the hospital; ensuring response times and standards are maintained throughout.
* Delivering medical gas cylinders, equipment, stores furniture, pharmaceutical and pathology items.
* Taking blood samples, specimens and medication around the hospital in a timely and pleasant manner.
* Take linen, case notes and the removal and disposal of waste.
* Receive, record and prioritise job requests in line with agreed procedures.
