You will be working for a well-established organisation on a single-site facility in Loughborough, known for providing a stable and supportive working environment. Your new role
As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across the site. Your duties will include:
1. Repairing leaks, burst pipes, and faulty plumbing systems
2. Installing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, and associated pipework
3. Maintaining hot and cold water systems
4. Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
5. Unblocking drains and resolving drainage issues
6. Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
7. Ensuring all work ispleted in line with health and safety regulations
8. Liaising with on-site teams and accurately recordingpleted work
Hours: This is a Monday to Friday role (8:00am – 5:00pm)Pay: £22- £24 p/hr
Contract: Temporary| Temp to Perm
What you'll need to succeed
9. Minimum Level 2 qualification in Plumbing
10. Proven experience in a maintenance plumbing role
11. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
12. Ability to work independently on a single-site operation
13. Good understanding of health and safety practices
14. Reliable, professional, and able to manage workload effectively.
