The focus of the team is advising the firms high net worth clients and their businesses on a number of private wealth matters

The firm also has a presence across the country and act for individuals, families and trusts on legal matters such as wealth management, wills, trusts and probate, along with providing tax advice.


The ideal candidate

The team is seeking a talented and driven Solicitor with experience and understanding of Private Client work and a passion for this area of Law. You will also possess strong experience of dealing with a broad range of tax issues.


Key responsibilities:

1. Advising owners of family businesses regarding Inheritance Tax and succession planning
2. Asset structuring for capital tax planning and wealth preservation.
