Here at ISS, as one of the UK's largest and most successful facilities management (FM) providers, we are now looking to recruit an established Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join their client's corporate banking office in Bishopsgate
This is a large corporate office environment home to client executive leadership, trading floors, and Comms room
Here, working alongside other engineers, and overseeing sub contractors you will ensure M&E project completion while H&S standards are kept to
The projects will be M&E, and can include fan coil replacement, chiller replacements, BMS upgrades, new AC units, fire alarm upgrades etc
This role is intended for a confident Engineer looking to take that first step off the tools, and into more of a supervisory role
While the position will require some on the tools work, there will an emphasis on supervising sub contractors and completing paperwork

* To perform project delivery assistance duties to ensure smooth delivery.
* Liaise with operations to ensure BAU and project activity trackers are combined to avoid any clashes of activities.
* Ensure the Safe Systems of Work is fully implemented.
* Ability to review method statements and risk assessments via the P2W system.
* Project delivery & implementation.
* Handover & warranty management.
* To ensure that all works undertaken are completed to employer, Client and good practice trade standards.
* To support the Technical Project Manager in the implementation and delivery of projects & technical support services across the Client account in order to ensure high standard of service.
* Liaising with Client on change control, planning, opportunities, risks and documents
* Establishing consistent practices and standards adhering to the engineering & project governance arrangements, including project planning, reporting, change control, analysing risks and maintaining and updating the risk register.
* Proving Project Management Support to workstreams and to address in-service related issues.
* Maintaining the Project delivery roadmap
* Overall planning of the project delivery with inputs provided from all workstreams.
We need from you:
* An engineering background and qualification, with ideally time in the Facilities sector
