Main duties of the job
-Youwill work directly with Leaders and Managers to ensure all elements of thepeople strategy are well developed, delivered, embedded, measured, andevaluated for success.
-Overseethe colleague experience working closely with leaders to embed all elements ofthe people strategy into their area of the organisation with clear action plansand deliverables.
-Proactivelydrive high performance with team and leader development interventions to ensurewe have the skills for today and tomorrow.
-Together with the wider team, ensure GPN is a good place to work, developing roadmaps and interventions to create the right culture with leaders, colleagues and teams.
-Manage disciplinary and grievance issues as they arise.
-Ensure all aspects of the HR function are managed effectively, from talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, employment lifecycle, establishment management and workforce planning.
-Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, coaching for performance and outcomes at all levels.
-Lead on organisational effectiveness, leading change, organisation design, working with leaders to ensure we have the right processes and procedures.
-Support and lead on all HR projects.
-Develop on building and developing colleague engagement. Ensure we develop and embed a dynamic, inclusive working environment where all colleagues feel valued and accepted for who they are and can bring their authentic sevlevs to work.
