We seek a talented and motivated Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join a leading specialist firm in Watford. With substantial growth on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in insolvency.
As an Insolvency Administrator, you will manage a diverse caseload from inception through to closure. You will be reporting directly to a Manager and working closely with one of the IPs to deliver results.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and attending creditors’ meetings to pass and approve resolutions in the proposals.
• Securing assets and making employees redundant when necessary.
• Realizing assets.
• Dealing with all retention of title claims in on-trading administrations.
• Managing ongoing creditors’ queries.
• Conduct investigations into directors’ conduct and the company’s affairs.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role is required.
• Corporate insolvency experience is a must.
