Leicester City in the Community has a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Community Coach to join our dynamic team on a Casual basis.
About The Role
Key Duties;
* To utilise the brand of Leicester City Football Club to identify, engage, inspire and empower children, young people, and adults.
* To provide a fun and safe environment to engage and coach children, young people and adults, building positive relationships with participants, parents and colleagues.
* To safeguard the welfare of children and vulnerable groups at all times

* Able to work on own initiative
* Excellent communicator at a variety of levels
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Ability to encourage, motivate and enthuse individuals to participate
* Committed, self-motivated and driven
* Strong commitment to high quality delivery
* Ability to form strong and sustain appropriate working relationships
Essential requirements:
* Two years experience working with children and adults in a coaching capacity, or a community environment
* FA Level 1 Introduction in Coaching Football or Equivalent FA Qualification
* FA Safeguarding Certificate
* FA Emergency First Aid Certificate

You may be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends.
Location LCitC is based at King Power Stadium, Leicester. The delivery of sessions with take place at partner schools/Local Community centres etc and some aspects of the role will require homeworking, therefore you will need the ability to travel across multiple sites across Leicester and Charnwood.
