SENIOR HR ADVISOR
Wellingborough based, hybrid 3 days in the office, up to £45,000 per year depending on experience plus benefits including private medical insurance and income protection.

Weatherbys Bank are currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join us on a full time, permanent basis at our office in Wellingborough. You will support the HR Team and line management, covering many aspects of the people agenda, including employee relations, recruiting and resourcing and employee development.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
* Working with the business to provide effective and timely first line HR advice and support on all people related matters, ensuring guidance is in line with employment law and best practice
* Guiding and supporting managers with end-to-end case management for all formal casework, including investigations, disciplinary, capability and/or grievance processes, ensuring appropriate application of employment law considerations and timely closure of such cases
* Responsible for monitoring HR MI data and raising any trend or discrepancies to the HR Partner and or Line Manager
* Responding to HR queries and managing all aspects of HR issues across the employee lifecycle
* Supporting the HR Director and HR Partners in the implementation of key strategic HR programmes and initiatives
* Monitoring, reviewing, and supporting the HR Partners to update all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
* Working closely with the HR Partners to provide commercially focused advice and support to managers

* You will be qualified or working towards CIPD, ideally level 5
* Previous experience working in a financial or professional setting is essential for this role
* Strong and proven experience of generalist HR experience in a stand-alone, high paced advisory role, delivering tailored HR support to the Group
* Proven complex ER Case Management experience and sound knowledge of UK Employment Law
* Pragmatic and solutions orientated, finding alternative solutions to achieve desired outcomes
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the business
* Complies with the regulations, legal obligations, and guidelines
