About the Role: As a Vendor Planner Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of centralized logistics activities. Your operational expertise will help us achieve our Logistics Operations and Pre-Series Logistics objectives. You will be the go-to person for maintaining data integrity, interfacing with suppliers, and driving improvements in our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Master Data Management: Monitor and correct exceptions in SAP material master data to support Material Requirements Planning and warehouse processes.
Change Request Process: Manage a robust change request process for operational and strategic changes to master data.
Packaging Records: Ensure packaging records are in place for inbound materials to facilitate smooth operations.
Bill of Material (BoM) Management: Identify and input sourcing codes into the BoM for all Plant 83 controlled BoMs.
Just in Sequence (JIS) Process Administration: Lead the JIS process, including creating, sending, and maintaining internal and external sequence data.
What You'll Bring:
A strong background in logistics or supply chain management.
Proficiency in SAP and experience with material master data management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
