This is a unique opportunity to apply your silicon design expertise to cutting-edge chip architectures, collaborating with world-class teams to deliver high-performance, efficient, and reliable hardware IP.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with design, verification, and validation teams to create advanced silicon solutions.Develop detailed microarchitecture specifications and execution plans aligned with project milestones.Analyze and optimize complex digital circuits to meet performance, area, power, and timing goals.Participate in technical reviews, offering constructive insights and improvements.Maintain and evolve the design environment, while proactively identifying and resolving bugs.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of digital IC design techniques and industry-standard methodologies.Proven experience with RTL design (IP or SoC level).Proficiency in performance optimization, including power, area, and frequency trade-offs.Hands-on experience with ASIC design tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, etc.).Desirable ExperienceUnderstanding of verification methodologies such as UVM or formal verification.Exposure to GPU, CPU, DSP, or FPU architecture and debug/test strategies.Experience with physical implementation tools (P&R) and place-and-route flows.Programming/scripting in SystemVerilog, SystemC, C/C++, Python, Perl, or TCL.This is a chance to work on next-generation silicon that powers tomorrow’s technology!For more information, please contact Rachel Mason at IC Resources
