The Senior Property Manager will:
Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, recruiting skilled teams and sourcing quality contractors.
Develop and implement a forward-looking maintenance programme using a best value approach.
Oversee refurbishment plans and ensure all work meets regulatory and legal standards.
Conduct due diligence on M&A targets and manage refurb plans with industry experts.
Ensure rigorous health and safety compliance across all settings.
Utilise technology to enhance decision-making and conduct mandatory checks.
Develop and manage the group's approach to ESG.
