About The Job
Joining the ERP Cloud project management team, you will work collaboratively with like‑minded colleagues on innovative and engaging cloud projects for a range of well‑known organisations in the public and private sector (including defence, utilities and government). PMO forms part of the project management community and, working alongside highly experienced project managers, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day project operations and provide PMO expertise.
Hybrid Working
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
Working on IT projects that transform how our clients conduct their day‑to‑day business using cutting‑edge cloud technologies, including Oracle and Workday applications. Supported by experts you will have the opportunity to experience the entire breadth of our IT projects, enabling your development on the path to a successful career in project management.
In this role you will support the project management operations and gain experience working across the full project lifecycle. Providing hands‑on support and PMO expertise, you will experience IT projects transforming how our global clients manage and operate.
Project Management Functions
* Financial Management – monitoring and control, analysis, reporting, expenses, creating forecasts and feedback to management on financial analysis, utilising internal financial tools to report on.
* Resource Management – on/off boarding, resourcing planning and assignments, forecasting resource time.
* Project Planning – support the project in the planning of delivery and reporting progress.
* Project Governance – support the project governance controls e.g. owning and managing risks & issues. Weekly follow‑ups / reminders to leads. Managing SharePoint data and access. Creation of email distribution lists for relevant teams.
* Commercial and Contract Management – support the creation and management of commercial documents e.g. contracts and change requests.

* Project planning tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, Gantt, Jira, Kanban, DevOps)
* Project delivery methodologies (Prince, Waterfall, Agile, Critical path)
* Project financial planning/budgeting
* Change management
* Progress reporting to invested parties (stakeholders)
* Event/Project planning
