As a Personal Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for providing professional, secretarial, and administrative support to two senior Heads of HR across BX. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing comprehensive support, handling diary management, tracking actions, and engaging with various teams across the organization.
2. Managing the complex, ever-changing diaries of the Heads of HR.
3. Organising and prioritising a wide range of meetings, often at short notice.
4. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, conveying a professional image.
5. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and their PAs.
6. Supporting ad hoc projects within the BX COO HRBP Team.

Essential qualifications include:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Desirable experience includes:
* Ability to identify and implement improvements proactively.
* Ability to work independently and flexibly.
* Experience in project management or administrative support in a corporate setting.
This role is based in Glasgow.
