• Monitoring production flow to ensure output targets are achieved
• Maintaining and improving processes and procedures
• Minimising cycle times and supporting OEE performance
• Keeping machines running efficiently and addressing issues quickly
• Providing hands-on supervision while supporting machinists
As a Workshop Supervisor, your experience will include:
• Leading skilled and semi‑skilled shop floor machinists
• Demonstrating strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Motivating and driving workforce engagement
• Problem solving, investigating issues and recommending solutions
• Working knowledge of CNC milling and turning machines
