HR Business Partner
Location: Regional (UK-based, with travel required)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000pa + £3600pa Car Allowance
Please note sites are across the UK but there is a concentration of sites in the South West, so candidates who are able to easily travel to/in the South West would be best suited.
Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving impactful people strategies? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse portfolio of sites.
This is a full generalist HR role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable navigating complex employee relations issues, and enjoys leading on a wide range of people projects – from TUPE transfers to organisational development initiatives.
About You:
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays
* Strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law
* Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally at Business Partner level
* Excellent influencing, coaching and relationship-building skills across all levels of seniority
* Comfortable working independently and making sound judgements in complex situations
* Experience in safeguarding and regulatory compliance
* Background in education, healthcare, or childcare environments
