Greenways is our residential home, just two minutes away from the centre of Highcliffe. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Weekend Support Worker to join us on a part-time basis, working 22 hours per week.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential.

The role:
You will have the opportunity to support four friendly and energetic gentlemen. Many of our residents have shared their lives together from school through to adulthood - a truly special journey that you’ll be proud to be a part of. Our home is a vibrant and engaging environment, full of energy and activity.
Our residents enjoy a wide range of activities, including:
* Challenging staff to a game of bowling.
* Relaxing with a swim at the local pool.
* Enjoying outdoor activities like forest picnics.
* Going on bike rides.
* Recent highlights include a fun night out at a nightclub in Southampton!
As a valued team member, your role will involve providing meaningful support, such as helping with daily routines like food preparation, shopping, personal care, and accompanying residents to access the community and pursue their interests. You may also assist with administering medication to support their wellbeing.
Hours of work: 22 hours per week
Week 1:
Saturday - 8am – 4pm
Sunday – 3pm – 10pm
Week 2:
Friday - 8am – 3pm
Saturday – 8am – 10pm
Sunday - 8am – 3pm
