The Opportunity As a Data Analyst, you’ll provide accurate, trusted insights that inform decision-making across marketing, sales, enrolment, retention, and partner performance. You’ll lead data collection, reporting, and analysis across the full student lifecycle, ensuring our decisions are grounded in evidence and aligned to our strategic goals. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Enrolment Services, University Partnership Directors, Partner Support, Finance, IT, and the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll help teams understand performance clearly and improve it continuously — always acting with integrity and accountability. How You’ll Live Our Values Integrity Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across platforms Create trusted dashboards and reporting that stakeholders can rely on Apply robust analytical methods and clear assumptions in your work Innovation Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through advanced analysis Support transformation initiatives including AI-enabled analytics, Data Lakes, and CRM enhancements Help evolve reporting from descriptive to predictive and self-serve insights Results Deliver actionable insights that improve enrolment, retention, and operational efficiency Track and optimise performance metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and cost-per-enrolment Translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive measurable outcomes Teamwork Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Enrolment Services, Partner Support, Finance, IT, and SLT Work closely with data specialists across HEP’s international teams Share knowledge, coach others, and promote best practice in data-led decision-making What You’ll Be Doing Analyse marketing, enrolment, and operational data to evaluate performance and ROI Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and regular reporting Support segmentation, experimentation, and performance optimisation Ensure data quality across systems including Salesforce, Google Analytics, Matomo, and Pardot Present insights clearly through dashboards, reports, and presentations Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and strategic reviews What We’re Looking For Degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong experience with Power BI and Excel/Google Sheets Ability to connect multiple data sources into meaningful insight Experience with attribution modelling, lead quality analysis, or performance analytics Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills A collaborative, growth-focused mindset aligned to HEP’s values Why Join HEP?
