About The Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join a friendly residential care service. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and passionate about supporting others.
Hours & Pay Rate
Hours: Days, Nights, Weekends
Pay Rate: £12.40
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal, emotional and social care
* Support residents with daily tasks, activities and community outings
* Build positive relationships with residents and their families
* Maintain accurate electronic care records
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety and service policies
* Work effectively as part of a supportive care team
