About the Role: Deliver and support engaging lessons in Maths
Work with learners who require additional support to achieve GCSE qualifications
Build students' confidence, skills, and readiness for future pathways
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with experienced FE lecturers and mentors
Develop your teaching practice through a structured training programme
Support learners' progression into employment, apprenticeships, or further study
Essential Experience: Experience supporting or leading classroom sessions (e.g. HLTA, Cover Supervisor, or similar)
Confidence managing groups of learners in an educational setting
A passion for supporting students to achieve their potential
Essential Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
A relevant subject background in Maths (desirable but not essential depending on experience)
