We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based at Lisburn Leisure Complex, Lisburn. This is a great opportunity to join a world‑leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday 07:00‑15:00

The Role
* Contract auditing – carry out quality audits as per schedule and company policy
* Client contact – meet with clients as per schedule
* Assisting with payroll when needed
* Check staff uniforms
* Assisting the operations manager with induction training – all new starts and staff moving sites must receive induction training as per the induction training list
* Ensure all staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities, including checking each area on an ad‑hoc basis
* Ensure all areas are fully stocked such as toilet roll dispensers, soap dispensers
* Keep own store area clean, tidy, colour‑coded and up to spec
* Fully flexible approach needed

* Comply with all health, safety & hygiene standards
* Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary
* Full compliance with COSHH and colour coding
* Ensure all clothing, including footwear and personal hygiene is of the highest standards in accordance with company guidelines at all times
* Daily staff management
The Person
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail
* NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is an advantage but not essential
* Previous work experience in customer service employment
* Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety instructions and communicating with customers on a day‑to‑day basis
