About the role:
Working in partnership with the Home Manager, Team Leaders play a vital role in the smooth operation of our homes. They provide high-quality care to residents and demonstrate strong leadership within their team. We are seeking hardworking, dedicated, and friendly individuals who are committed to maintaining high standards in our homes.
This role may not always be glamorous, but it is incredibly rewarding. Our Team Leaders help improve residents' lives by ensuring their needs are met, care plans are current, and medication is administered, stored, and recorded properly. Additionally, they oversee Care Assistants, ensuring the delivery of the best possible care.
