Health & Safety Advisor | Hampshire | £45k–£58k + Vehicle
I'm supporting a leading civil engineering contractor looking for a hands‐on Health & Safety Advisor to join a major infrastructure project in Hampshire. If you thrive in busy, plant‐heavy environments and enjoy being visible on site, this is a great opportunity to step into a high‐impact role.
What you'll be doing
* 50/50 split between site engagement and H&S reporting/admin
* Daily briefings, inspections, audits and coaching on a fast‐moving civils site
* Working around large plant (40‐ton dumpers, 50‐ton excavators)
* Using ACC for audits, inspections and incident reporting
What you'll bring
* NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
* TechIOSH/CertIOSH (or working towards)
* Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 civils
* Confident communicator with a proactive, safety‐first mindset

* Typical HSE hours: 7am briefing to around 5:30pm
