What is the job role?
You will undertake the Level 4 Anti Social Behaviour and Community Safety Officer apprenticeship. The apprenticeship is a fixed‑term contract for 24 months, aligned with the apprenticeship training length. As a Community Safety Officer Apprentice you will support real casework, contribute to local initiatives, and help respond to community issues across Coventry. You will gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced professionals and develop the skills required for a career in community safety.
Responsibilities
* Support casework and incident investigations in partnership with community stakeholders.
* Contribute to local initiatives and prevention programmes to reduce antisocial behaviour.
* Assist in enforcement, prevention and safeguarding activities to improve residents’ quality of life.
* Participate in training and development activities associated with the Level 4 apprenticeship.

* Reliable, curious and motivated with strong communication skills.
* Passion for making a difference in the community and interest in a career in public service.
* Good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in supporting others.
