To provide effective and efficient supervision of the Older Persons HUB, arranging, organising and managing events and activities with a particular focus on integrated health and wellbeing, enable increased social connections and reduce isolation for older people within the community.
Assist in supervision of Community Living Support Officers whilst on site. To manage the Community Living Scheme on a day to day basis.
What We Are Looking For From You
Responsible for the efficient and effective running of Older Persons HUB at Community Living Schemes.
Ensure that effective links are developed and maintained with appropriate agencies and organisations relevant to older persons, with emphasis on health and social care.
Plan, develop, implement and co-ordinate a range of services as required to tackle social isolation, health, well-being and independent living.
Co-ordinate meetings, events and activities at Older Persons HUB.
Update and maintain service data and produce reports on progress and data as required.
To ensure the cleanliness of the premises before, during and after events and activities.
Day to day supervision of Community Living Support Officers, whilst on site.
Managing events locally, ensuring necessary risk assessments are carried out, on-site residents safety is maintained and promotion of events/activities.
