Customer Services Executive
Hybrid – Office based in Polegate (hybrid working will be offered once fully trained)
Mon – Friday – 37.5 hrs per week (either 8.30 – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm shift)
Atlas Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Customer Services Executive with an advanced admin background to join an established, global professional team. You will provide excellent customer operational service, managing requests and issues, and be involved in dispatch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Accurately input information into the service management system.
* Raise customer quotes and obtain purchase orders for chargeable jobs.
* Check job progress regularly to meet service level agreements.
* Provide phone support to field engineers.
* Work towards department KPIs and company goals.
* Follow company procedures (ISO).
* Log information into external customer portals as required.
* Manage mailboxes as needed.
* Schedule and allocate work to engineers efficiently, ensuring proper skill matching and safety compliance.
* Handle travel arrangements and hotel bookings, maintaining cost efficiency.
* Generate job numbers for service installs and planned work, updating the company database.
* Keep spreadsheets updated with machine details and address changes.
* Communicate work schedules to engineers for the upcoming week.
* Provide feedback to the team leader to ensure effective scheduling.
