Director Marketing (Growth)
Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop school, on a mission to amplify children’s self-belief and make music education accessible to all. We’re already in thousands of schools, teaching tens of thousands of children every week—and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for an ambitiousDirector of Marketing(Growth) to drive this next stage of expansion. You’ll lead a high-performing marketing function, shaping strategies that expand our reach, fuel brand growth, and attract exceptional talent to join our mission.
You'll report to the CMO and have line responsibility for the Head of B2B Marketing and the Head of Employer Brand. This is a senior leadership role where creativity meets impact.
To considered you'll be comfortable with the following - ABM, A/B Testing, CRO, MVP, Martech, Paid Social/Paid media, gated content and most of all the concept of getting a volume of leads/contacts in the top of a funnel and working the engaged and relevant ones down to the sales team at the bottom, to drive sales growth.

Outline
* Own and deliver data-driven, multi-channel growth strategies to boost awareness, generate high-quality leads, and drive market expansion.
* Lead our Martech roadmap, integrating AI and automation to accelerate efficiency, targeting, and performance.
* Oversee digital performance across paid channels, SEO, social, email, and video—embedding rapid testing and optimisation loops.
* Take our website and digital journey to the next level, ensuring best-in-class UX, SEO, and conversion.
* Partner with our Head of Employer Brand to attract top talent and strengthen our employer reputation.
* Work very closely with our Head of B2B Marketing to ensure alignment and impact.
* Provide clear reporting and insights that shape decisions at the highest level.
* Build, lead, and inspire a collaborative, values-driven marketing team.
