We are seeking a dedicated and passionate qualified level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. We have 2 branches (WN7 3UQ and WA3 2RD) with positions available at both. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education in a nurturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience working with children and a strong interest in child development. The Nursery Practitioner will play a vital role in supporting children's learning, development, and well-being, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children in our care.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's developmental milestones in line with early childhood education standards
2. Supervise and support children's daily routines, including play, meals, rest, and hygiene
3. Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that encourages children's curiosity and independence
4. Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues to support individual learning plans
5. Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly nursery setting in accordance with health and safety regulations
