Purpose of the Role
Support the Composite Machining department in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and throughput.
Principal Accountabilities
* De-tabbing rohacells and inserts, polishing metallic moulds, assembling them
* Hand finishing patterns, liaising with team leaders, inspection, and other departments
* Managing raw material stock including metals, tooling board, foams, plastics
* Maintaining stock levels of consumables
* Preparing materials for machining
* Supporting TPM, cleanliness, and housekeeping
* Loading and unloading CNC machines
* Adhering to health and safety legislation
