Customer Assistant role at Trovex includes the following responsibilities to make sure that we can provide our customers the best Impeccable service journey.
* Phone answering, being on the 'front line' for incoming calls, supporting the customers requirements.
* Communication with customers / clients on sales representatives behalf, this includes sending out product details.
* Completing low pay off activities (LPA) on behalf of the executives so that they can carry out the high pay off activities (HPA), including creating documents ahead of their F2F meetings, actioning items whilst they are on the road.
* Admin tasks, supporting with the general maintenance, house keeping and organisation of the premises.
* Order processing, supporting the sales reps by processing orders through the CRM to production. Gathering the correct information and ensuring a smooth handover.
* Receptionist, based at our HQ in Dereham on the front reception desk, managing post and welcoming visitors.
* Wall Cladding order processing back up, able to process HWC orders if others aren't available.
* Potential for more tasks to be shared as you progress into this role.

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
