The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position at the heart of the practice, supporting the Practice Manager and wider team with the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The role also offers exposure to Company Secretarial work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is looking to develop within a professional services environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Practice Administration
1. Providing day-to-day support to the Practice Manager
2. Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
3. Meeting and greeting clients and supporting meeting room arrangements
4. Managing incoming and outgoing post
5. Supporting client onboarding and offboarding processes
6. Maintaining CRM systems and accurate client records
7. Assisting with professional clearance and client record transfers
8. Co-managing shared inboxes and responding to queries where appropriate
9. Supporting internal reporting and administrative processes
10. Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers and building management
11. Assisting with the organisation of internal meetings, events and ad hoc projects
Company Secretarial Support
12. Assisting with the preparation and filing of basic Companies House forms
13. Supporting the maintenance of statutory records
14. Assisting with Confirmation Statements and general compliance tasks
15. Updating internal systems and databases
