Post & Document Processing Assistant Location: Leicester (Enderby) Department: Operations – Post & Document Services Career Level: Operational Support Simplify is the UK’s leading conveyancing and property services group. To support this, we’re looking for a Post & Document Processing Assistant to join our busy Operations team. What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our business moving by ensuring that incoming and outgoing post and documents are processed quickly, securely, and accurately. You’ll work with multiple case management systems and support case handlers and other teams by maintaining document integrity and ensuring compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Sorting, logging, batching, and scanning post and documents across multiple systems Preparing and managing batches, verifying IDs, and re-batching rescans ️ Scanning, printing, and ensuring document quality and completeness Attaching and filing cherished and non-cherished documents in line with compliance standards Locating files, managing client/solicitor correspondence, and updating records ️ Handling special cases such as deeds and FR1 tasks Responding to urgent document queries and tasks to support case teams What we’re looking for We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience or understanding of document handling, scanning, and logging processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confidence using Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools Familiarity with case/document management systems (desirable, but not essential) A reliable, organised, and methodical approach to work The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to urgent tasks A positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit Why join Simplify?
