As a Junior Structures Analyst, you'll work closely with experienced analysts and design engineers to support the structural evaluation of parts throughout their development cycle.
With guidance from senior colleagues, you will:
* Assist in performing structural and stress analysis using FEA tools and hand‑calculation methods.
* Support the preparation of analysis reports and documentation.
* Help evaluate component performance and reliability against design requirements.
* Contribute to load case assessments and optimisation studies.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support design reviews and development milestones.
* Learn and apply best‑practice modelling and analysis techniques.
This role offers hands‑on experience, regular mentoring, and exposure to a wide variety of engineering challenges.
The successful candidate will have:
* A degree in Engineering, or a similar discipline.
* Some exposure to structural analysis or FEA (through university projects, placements, or early career experience).
* A basic understanding of materials, mechanics, and stress analysis principles.
