This is no ordinary IT role. As
Engineering Manager
, you'll be both a
hands-on senior engineer
and a
strategic leader
, guiding a talented team and delivering cutting-edge projects that enhance the guest experience and power our business operations.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and growing a high-performing team of engineers across infrastructure, systems, and service delivery
* Driving complex projects from cloud migrations to cybersecurity upgrades and guest-facing technology innovation
* Building a culture of engineering excellence, automation, and reliability
* Partnering across the business to ensure IT enables our world-class hospitality
What we're looking for:
* Highly experienced in IT engineering/operations, with at experience in a leadership role
* Strong technical expertise in cloud (AWS/Azure), networking, servers, automation, and cybersecurity
* Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in multi-site, enterprise environments
* A leader who thrives on mentoring, problem-solving, and raising the bar for engineering standards
* Highly customer focused, team player with a strategic and solutioning mindset
* Exceptional communication skills and desire to provide unrivalled service are essential
* Building strong relationships with 3rd party ecosystem of MSPs
