Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks within your trade discipline
Support small works projects as required.
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations across multiple sites.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities.
Be flexible and adaptable to site movements and changing priorities.
Required Skills:
Qualified in relevant discipline (e.g., City & Guilds or equivalent).
Plumber: Minimum Level 3 qualification in plumbing and heating.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Experience in planned and reactive maintenance.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work across multiple sites.
BPSS clearance or ability to obtain.
Competent in completing maintenance documentation and risk assessments.
Certifications & Standards:
City & Guilds or equivalent trade qualifications.
BPSS security clearance (minimum).
Relevant plumbing and heating certifications (for Plumbers)
