Above all, you must be child-centred in your approach and have the enthusiasm, motivation and ability to work with children who may not relate well to conventional teaching methods and to find connections to engage the harder to reach children. There is a strong emphasis on the nurture and care of our children combined with a significant focus on their emotional and mental health and wellbeing alongside the delivery of our specialist curriculum. Staff work tirelessly as a team to create a safe, inclusive and fun environment where children can receive the support they need to help them overcome personal barriers and obstacles and to make progress with their learning.
